📍 Remote – Full Time (Mostly US Hours)
We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to lead our paid media strategy—planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.
This role isn’t just about running ads—it’s about leading a team, driving strategy, and ensuring every campaign contributes to client growth and ROI.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead Paid Media Strategy
- Develop advertising strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Align campaigns with client goals, budgets, and KPIs.
2. Oversee Campaign Execution
- Guide the team in building and optimizing Google Search, YouTube, Display, Local Service Ads, and Meta campaigns.
- Ensure targeting, creative, and messaging are on point.
3. Explore & Expand Channels
- Test and evaluate new platforms (e.g., TikTok, Nextdoor, Thumbtack, Angi, LinkedIn Ads).
- Diversify ad spend to reach high-quality leads.
4. Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work with social media, content, and design teams to ensure ads align with brand voice, visuals, and funnel strategy.
5. Track, Report & Optimize
- Oversee performance reporting using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
- Monitor CPL, conversion rates, and ROI—making data-driven adjustments quickly.
6. Lead & Develop the Team
- Hire, train, and mentor advertising specialists.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and platform expertise (Google Ads & Meta required).
- Tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio; other platforms a plus.
- Mindset: Results-driven, innovative, and adaptable to changes in the ad landscape.
- Leadership: Proven ability to guide teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
