We’re looking for a Website Development Manager to lead our client’s web department—building, updating, and maintaining high-performing websites that look great, work smoothly, and help their clients grow.
This role is for you if you’re an experienced web leader who can manage projects, guide a team, and deliver high-quality results on time.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead, Manage, and Hold the Team Accountable
- Run the web department with clear goals, task assignments, and problem-solving.
- Ensure projects stay on track and meet deadlines.
2. Design & Build Great Websites
- Oversee the development of new websites from start to finish.
- Ensure all sites are fast, mobile-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
3. Maintain and Improve Existing Websites
- Handle updates, edits, bug fixes, and troubleshooting.
- Keep websites running smoothly for clients.
4. Manage Projects & Improve Workflow
- Create and refine systems to complete projects more efficiently.
- Monitor timelines, tasks, and team communication.
5. Hire, Train & Coach the Web Team
- Recruit skilled developers.
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (required), Elementor, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Mindset: Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.
