We’re looking for an influencer marketing expert to join our team and drive strategic partnerships that convert audiences into customers for our agency clients.


The Role

We seek an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead strategic influencer partnerships and campaigns while providing automated reputation management support. This role focuses primarily on building and managing influencer relationships that drive measurable results for our clients, with secondary responsibilities in maintaining positive online reputations through automated systems.

Primary Purpose: Help clients find great influencers, get them on board, and ensure they follow through. Your job is to turn influencer audiences into client customers while maintaining positive brand reputation.


Core Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing (80% of role)

Influencer Discovery & Recruitment

  • Research and identify influencers who align with client brands and target audiences across multiple niches
  • Build comprehensive database of qualified influencers with performance metrics and audience insights
  • Conduct outreach campaigns to recruit high-quality influencer partners
  • Evaluate influencer authenticity, engagement rates, and audience demographics

Contract Management & Onboarding

  • Work with the team to get influencer agreements signed quickly and correctly
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, and campaign terms within budget parameters
  • Ensure both parties clearly understand all contract terms
  • Manage comprehensive onboarding process for new influencer partnerships

Campaign Management & Accountability

  • Follow up with influencers to ensure content delivery as promised and on schedule
  • Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics closely
  • Track engagement rates, reach, conversions, and ROI for all influencer campaigns
  • Create detailed performance reports and optimization recommendations for clients

Content Strategy & Collaboration

  • Provide influencers with creative content ideas that benefit both their brand and clients
  • Collaborate on content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign themes
  • Help repurpose influencer content into reels, posts, and ads for broader marketing use
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all influencer-generated content

Relationship Management & Growth

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with top-performing influencers
  • Handle all influencer communications and resolve campaign issues promptly
  • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and brand ambassador programs
  • Build network of reliable influencers for various client industries and campaign types

Reputation Management (20% of role)

Automated Review System Management

  • Monitor automated review request systems and ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with Automation Specialist to maintain and improve review generation workflows
  • Track review response rates and system effectiveness across client accounts

Review Response & Escalation

  • Respond to reviews that require immediate attention or personalized responses
  • Escalate critical reputation issues to appropriate team members
  • Maintain brand voice consistency in all review responses

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing with proven campaign results
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level experience with influencer marketing platforms (AspireIQ, Upfluence, Creator.co, Klear, or similar)
    • Advanced knowledge of social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, native platform analytics)
    • Experience with campaign tracking and ROI measurement tools
    • Basic familiarity with review management software preferred
    • CRM proficiency and understanding of marketing automation
  • Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with content creators and influencers
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating contracts, rates, and campaign deliverables
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
  • Time Zone: PST
